Co-Owner & CEO
Chris brings over 35 years of business ownership experience in Waterloo and a background in real estate, having purchased and renovated 8 homes. He focuses on people management, integrity, and ensuring every client receives quality service.
Shane Felhaber
Co-Owner & Lead Red Seal Carpenter
Shane has 22 years of experience as a Red Seal certified carpenter. Known for being meticulous and laser-focused, he leads the team on cabinetry, flooring, structural work, tiling, and fine details.
Melissa Smith
Principal Designer
Melissa brings over 30 years of visual design experience including work as Art Director at agencies, design instruction at Conestoga College, and running her own digital interiors business. Multiple design award recipient.
Liliana Costa
Interior Designer & Project Coordinator
Humber College honours graduate. Liliana manages design software, estimating, client liaison, and project coordination — keeping every project on track and on spec.
Wyatt Smith
Site Supervisor & Red Seal Carpenter
2022 Conestoga College Renovation Technician graduate, Red Seal certified in 2025. Wyatt is known for meticulous tile work and brings University of Guelph Housing & Real Estate studies to his site supervision role.
Brent Jaworski
Renovation Technician
Over 16 years of construction experience. Homebuilding program and Renovation Technician Diploma from Conestoga College. Specializes in renovations, custom home framing, and structural work.
