How does the renovation process work?
You meet with our designer and owner. We review your project, discuss ideas, and provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we handle design, drawings, permits, scheduling of materials and trades, and the full build.
Do you help me understand the design before construction starts?
Yes. We review your renovation in detail during your initial meeting. For larger projects like kitchens or home additions, we provide drawings and permits so you can see the layout, features, and flow before construction begins.
How long does a renovation take?
Timelines depend on project size. A bathroom renovation often takes two to four weeks. A kitchen renovation often takes four to six weeks.
